The 2022 Toyota GR 86 will feature the 2.4 NA four-cylinder boxer engine with a slightly tweaked 173kw @ 7,000rpm and 250Nm @ 3,700rpm. The transmission options are a six-speed automatic or a six-speed manual.
It has an estimated 0-100km/h sprint time of 6.3 seconds which shaves off 1.1 seconds from the previous Toyota 86 model.
The side profile looks largely similar from earlier models but the front and rear ends see some changes.
